We are looking for a seasoned Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Time and Labor modules within ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft. This role will play a critical part in supporting a cross-system integration initiative by translating business requirements into functional and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid functional/technical capacity with a strong focus on data reporting and integration.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and gather requirements for the integration of ERP Time & Labor systems with external scheduling platformsCreate detailed functional specifications, data field mappings, and process flow documentationSupport the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validationProvide expertise in Time and Labor data reporting, including data extraction and transformation using SQL and other toolsCollaborate with technical teams to deliver accurate and policy-compliant integration solutionsAssist in data migration, cleansing, and quality assurance efforts to maintain data integrity Qualifications & RequirementsFunctional experience with PeopleSoft HCM, particularly Time and Labor and Payroll for North AmericaProven ability to write functional documentation and process flow diagramsPreferred: Experience integrating 3rd-party time collection systems with ERP platforms (file-based, API, etc.)Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data analysis/reporting tools in an ERP environmentTechno-functional background is highly recommended to succeed in this roleSolid understanding of HR and Payroll workflows; ability to effectively bridge communication between business and development teams Additional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $30 – $33 per hourMedical Benefits: Comprehensive options available through The Reserves NetworkTraining & Growth: Expand your skills and career while contributing to impactful projects.Your New OrganizationOur client, one of the largest counties in the U.S., is committed to leveraging technology to enhance public service delivery.
