Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a proactive and experienced PeopleSoft Absence Consultant to support our HR and payroll operations through the end of 2025. This is a fully remote role requiring strong configuration skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Key Responsibilities: * Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Absence Management components (arrays, formulas, brackets, etc.) * Support payroll week absence processing, including extended hours on some Mondays and Tuesdays * Manage and resolve HR Help Desk (HRHD) cases related to absence * Execute complex configuration changes as needed * Perform data loads for acquisitions * Conduct data analysis using Excel * Build and run PeopleSoft queries for reporting and troubleshooting
