**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **People Support Administrator – Level II** to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY. **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + **Deliver Comprehensive Administrative Support:** Provide timely and accurate assistance to employees, managers, and the People Support team, contributing to seamless employee experience across the organization. + **Support the Employee Lifecycle:** Execute administrative tasks that align with organizational needs and HR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout each stage of employment. + **Maintain Data Accuracy and Process Efficiency:** Ensure the integrity of HR data and streamline administrative workflows to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness. + **Enable Integrated HR Solutions:** Assist in deploying standardized and automated people administration processes by leveraging technology and best practices to improve efficiency. + **Manage Workforce Information Systems:** Conduct precise data entry and maintain employee records in HR systems, supporting accurate reporting and compliance. + **Execute HR Business Processes:** Complete routine HR activities within defined timelines and quality standards, contributing to the smooth operation of regional or sub-regional HR functions. + **Ensure Policy Compliance and Documentation Quality:** Support adherence to HR policies and procedures and prepare employment contracts and letters in accordance with local laws and practices. + **Promote Continuous Improvement and Customer Support:** Deliver excellent service to HR, employees, and managers while contributing to ongoing process enhancements that strengthen People Support across the geography. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + **Strong HR Data Management Skills:** Ability to maintain complete, accurate, and compliant employee data in alignment with company policies and legal standards. + **Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits Administration:** Understanding of plan design, statutory requirements, and tax regulations to effectively communicate and deliver compensation and benefit programs. + **Payroll Processing Expertise:** Proficiency in applying company policies and legal requirements to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution and reporting, while maintaining compliance and internal controls. + **Advanced Data Analytics Capabilities:** Skill in analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights, support decision-making, and present findings through effective visualization techniques. + **Consultative HR Judgment:** Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, assess organizational needs, and apply sound judgment to deliver balanced, strategic HR solutions. + **Process Execution and Optimization:** Experience in managing HR business processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while integrating activities across functions to support business agility. + **Action-Oriented Mindset:** Willingness to take initiative and tackle challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasm to drive meaningful outcomes. + **Process Improvement Focus:** Commitment to identifying and implementing the most effective and efficient workflows, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Education/Experience** + High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. + Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience. **Additional Information** + This position is Onsite at the Jamestown Engine Plant. **QUALIFICATIONS** **_Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_** + Provide staffing and recruiting support. + Coordinates recruiting activities. + Updates the applicant tracking system. + Coordinate assessment testing where applicable. + Conduct reference checks for new hires. + Coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities. + Coordinate standard compensation processes and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources. + Participate in training activities and special projects. + Assists in and ensures the accurate preparation, processing, and balancing of time and attendance system to support compensation processes and play a vital role in ensuring compliance with various legislations. **Compensation (for United States)** Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
