People Solutions Sr. Manager
Overview This role will act as a point of accountability for targeted People Solutions initiatives specifically within the Talent Acquisition work steam. The role will be responsible for the integration of technology, process, and operational execution across multiple functions, end-user support and communications, measurement, reporting and change management to optimize the frontline process for recruiting. The role will report to the Director, TA People Solutions. Focus of this role will be to partner with the TA Frontline teams with an initial dedicated focus to One North America workstream to evaluate process refinements and ensure the right technology is implemented to deliver a unified, automated process for hiring. This includes working with leaders to understand/build requirements and design, deliver, manage and improve the local US solution while keeping the global capabilities in mind and a holistic, end to end mindset. This includes managing a portfolio of concurrent projects that roll out in multi-year implementations and build towards a future state vision. These projects contain significant technology, and process elements in addition to vendor management, change management components. Measuring and driving efficiency and continuous improvement of the End to End process improvement is a central duty of this role along with strong partnership across all People Solutions & People Ops groups. This role must have strong functional & configuration knowledge of technology used for the TA process to understand, scope, and provide subject matter expertise on continuous improvement initiatives within the TA technology space. Responsibilities Global Technology Expert Owns design and delivery of targeted global processes and initiatives within the H2O space to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and Ex Gather feedback/VOC from key stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for automation or technology improvement Participate in process design workshops with key stakeholders across regions/sectors and be able to translate the process into technology requirements and configurations. Drive process simplification, standardization, and adoption Facilitate best practice sharing with key partners across sectors Maintain inventory and ensure ongoing updates of global TA documentation Evaluate process performance and metrics to identify trends, issues/risks and required changes to systems, training or delivery Ensure security, legal and regulatory compliance across systems TA Tech Implementation and Stabilization Support (iCIMS, Visier, Walk Me, etc) Coordinate with Global TA Process owner to enable technology to meet the needs of candidates, hiring managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs Support change management/communication/training for technology implementations and enhancements Provide subject matter expertise for system configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare Identify automation opportunities to simplify and streamline processes Drive TA innovation agenda as functional owner and in partnership with People Operations & Experience teams Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
