Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents and coordinating orientations.
Help organize and attend HR-related events and meetings.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related questions.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
