The People Solutions Consultant is a key HR partner who supports business functions by leading enterprise-wide people initiatives, managing employee relations, and driving process improvements. As a trusted advisor, the PSC bridges strategy and execution, working closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and COEs to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
What You'll DoEmployee Relations
Resolve complex employee issues through thorough investigations
Ensure compliance with legal and policy standards
Provide performance management and policy guidance
HR Projects & Process Improvement
Lead and support projects to enhance HR practices and systems
Collaborate with COEs and business units to design scalable solutions
Analyze HR trends to shape programs and policies
COE & Talent Support
Liaise with COEs and People Support Team on process improvements
Guide employees on HR inquiries and connect them to the right resources
Support Talent Acquisition during hiring and onboarding
Employee Development & Organizational Support
Coach and support development for managers and employees
Contribute to workforce planning and org design
Design and evaluate training programs to meet business needs
