Job Description
Responsibility for a variety of People Operations service queries and ensuring to solve them in a timely and professional manner.Prepare and maintain employment records and data managementAddress employee service issues, such as complaints or other employee concerns.Provide ad-hoc support to the Shared Service Team and the wider business as and when needed.Maintain relationship with stakeholders externally and internallyBe part of business process improvement and optimalization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from any major1+ years experience in leading international organizations with HR Process Improvement & HR Shared Services backgroundFamiliar with Business Process Improvement & Automation of Process by HRIS System (Workday is a plus).Advance technical competency and attention to detail/accuracyProficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions.Be able to communicate concisely both in written and verbalStrong customer-service orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
