**Job Title:** People Services US Payroll Coordinator
**Location:** Morristown, NJ, Swiftwater, PA

Deliver all payroll activates accurately, effectively and on time. Payroll experts mostly handling end to end payroll processes/calculations. Run and review reports to perform audits. Support data loads for payroll processing. Update payroll system with employee information as required. Correct employee time off and time worked as required. Update time management system with historical corrections as required. Handle complicated queries, implementing improvements and enhancements to drive payroll productivity and reduce payroll errors and off cycles. This position requires an ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, analytical skills and strong communication skills are essential.

**Main Responsibilities**
+ A complete understanding the full payroll process
+ Data entry relating to payroll
+ Payroll data loads
+ Ensure payroll timelines and processes are followed timely and accurately
+ Generation/review of audit reports
+ GL validation and research
+ Resolution of errors and ensure Senior Payroll Associates are aware of any system errors or issues
+ Accruals validation
+ Tier 3 expert case research and support by collecting and analyzing information
+ Sign off of final payroll reports to managed service team
+ Offer excellent customer service
+ Keep the necessary Standard Operating Procedures up to date for the proper functioning of the payroll department
+ Process owner for some validations in Internal Control
+ Prepare ad hoc reports as required by compiling summaries of earning, taxes, deduction, accrual balances etc.
+ Help to create and maintain strong team spirit and mutual support within the department
+ Support employee experience with training on vendor specific apps for time management
+ Ensure payroll processes are compliant to internal and external requirements
+ Support all year end activities to create all year end forms
+ Support the improved employee experience by identifying and communicating any suggested employee scripts and portal updates needed
+ Point of contact for Benefits, finance, legal, P&C and others
+ KPIs issue research
+ Expert knowledge of activates in scope
+ Identify process improvement opportunities through the elimination of redundant activities
+ Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
**About You**
**Basic Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma
+ Minimum 4 years’ experience in payroll
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Extensive experience with Payroll processing
+ Strong experience with Payroll software (ADP – Global view, eTime)
+ Experience with Workday
+ High level of technical skills – Advanced MS Excel required
+ Solid reconciliation and analytical skills
+ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills - both oral and written
+ Team-player, customer-centric attitude

The salary range for this position is:
$35.56 - $47.41
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
