The purpose of this role is to proactively deliver an exceptional People administration service to the UK & Ireland business; supporting the wider People team, employees, and line managers. **What You’ll Do:** + Enquiry Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all HR queries, managing the enquiry from initiation to closure (including inbound payroll queries), ensuring resolution within agreed-upon SLAs + Employee Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry associated with all employee lifecycle processes coordinating appropriately with Payroll. Also ensuring that quality check is being carried out. + Document Management: Ensuring that all paperwork generated for all candidates or employees is archived appropriately, following all rules and naming conventions for each document. + People Moves: Handle all aspects of internal and international transfers, including generating contractual changes and updating the Peoplesoft System. + Time and Absence: Provide administrative support for family leave processes, sickness absence, and annual leave queries. + Cyclical Activities/People Projects: Provide administrative support for annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and semi-annual promotion processes. **What You’ll Need:** + Degree educated preferred; CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable. + Previous experience working with a Core HR System, preferably Peoplesoft. + Previous experience in a Shared Services environment, using a case management tool. + Exceptional customer service skills with a professional telephone manner. + High level of accuracy and attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organisation and prioritisation skills. + Proven ability to multitask. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in PC/database skills, including Microsoft Office. **Company benefits and perks:** + Stable employment conditions Work based on employment contract in the international company with stable position on the labour market + Career advancement program A chance to learn from the best by attending internal courses and taking part in international programs to experience how we work in different places in the world.
