The role is responsible for monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and driving process standardization and agility. This includes, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of People Services processes while minimizing risk. **Main Responsibilities** : + Identify opportunities for improvement in People Services processes. + Manage project planning and execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery. + Coordinate with regional and local leaders, as well as key stakeholders, to ensure project success. + Share key learnings from previous projects with the team. + Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, generating monthly reports. + Develop action plans to improve performance when necessary. + Foster a continuous improvement culture within the PS team, suggesting tools and strategies to optimize processes. + Participate in process automation and simplification initiatives. + Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and ensure clear expectations. + Identify and manage risks that could impact project implementation. + Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation + Identify and manage risks that could impact project implementation. **About You** **Experience** : + Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing complex projects, ideally within People Services or HR. + Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. + Proven experience in managing and improving key operational processes. **Skills** : + Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. + Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Six Sigma for process improvement. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. + Ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities for improvement. **Education** : + Ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities for improvement. **Languages:** + Proficiency in English (advanced level). + Proficiency in local language (if required).
