Our Team:
The People Services Senior Specialist will play a key role in managing People Services projects, analyzing internal processes, conducting gap assessments, and proposing sustainable improvements. The role is responsible for monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and driving process standardization and agility. This includes, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of People Services processes while minimizing risk.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for improvement in People Services processes.
Manage project planning and execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with regional and local leaders, as well as key stakeholders, to ensure project success.
Share key learnings from previous projects with the team.
Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, generating monthly reports.
Develop action plans to improve performance when necessary.
Foster a continuous improvement culture within the PS team, suggesting tools and strategies to optimize processes.
Participate in process automation and simplification initiatives.
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and ensure clear expectations.
Identify and manage risks that could impact project implementation.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (DTPs) in processes, while identifying and driving opportunities for efficiency or automation

About You
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing complex projects, ideally within People Services or HR.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
Proven experience in managing and improving key operational processes.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Six Sigma for process improvement.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Education:
Ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Languages:
Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Proficiency in local language (if required).
