People Services Manager France & BeLux Job ID 213667 Posted 25-Apr-2025 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest People/Human Resources Location(s) Paris - Ile-de-France - France **HR Services Manager - France, Belgium and Luxembourg** **Location: Paris, France** Fantastic opportunity for a HR Services Manager with experience in a large global / international organisation to join our People team based in Paris, France, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the delivery of People Services across all Lines of Business in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. People Services delivers services for accurate employee payments, onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, immigration, regulatory and statutory reporting and third-party vendor management. **What you will be doing:** + Directly and indirectly manage a team of People Services resources across multiple lines of business to ensure accountabilities are delivered to agreed service levels, all regulatory and compliance requirements are met + Partner with the People Services, People Business Partners and other COEs to drive the strategic People plan, and ensure alignment with local People objectives and business requirements + Streamlining processes across multiple geographies, driving consistency with ensuring variances local regulations are included. + Manage escalations and proactively identify gaps in service delivery and devise practical, scalable solutions. Identify opportunities for additional service offerings to improve the overall Employee experience and deliver cost efficiencies, + Support Country, Regional and Global projects, by execution of an existing plan or devise an appropriate plan to execute, ensure appropriate communications, training/education and change management + Monitor the use of People Service’s technology (ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Talent Source, Time & Attendance, EDM) identifying ways to promote self-service adoption and identify process efficiencies + Review monthly reports and dashboards to ensure services delivered are done so efficiently to required standards, identifying improvement areas or gaps for process review or improvement + Oversight of payroll data accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, timeliness and completeness, monitoring overall payroll service delivery + Lead People Services related audits and ensure reporting is compliant with Country required statutory and regulatory reporting, including Corporate Governance activities, such as FCPA, MOM and other government bodies + Oversee compliance with Country Legislation and internal controls, identifying and mitigating potential control gaps and risks to CBRE, partnering with Legal, Compliance, BSO and other Stakeholders to solution + Monitor third-party vendor SLA's and be an escalation point for Vendor Management where service or scope requirements need to be addressed during the life of a supplier agreement + Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, eliminate or enhance processes to drive efficiencies, making recommendations to ensure continuous improvement + Develop strong and trusted relationships with People, Finance, Legal communities and Business Leaders through frequent communication, feedback and problem solving **What you will need:** + Experience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed and fast-moving services businesses environment + Solid understanding of functions and processes in People Operations/Services within a Shared Service model, in a mix of decentalised and centralised operating models + Strong people management skills to manage onshore and offshore resources + Capability to build positive and productive relationships both vertically and horizontally + Strategic agility and the ability to influence and People leaders, managing a range of stakeholders simultaneously + Ability to drive change and work with local leadership teams across a complex matrix environment + Passionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, providing recommendations on suggested approaches + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, other relevant languages advantageous + Good knowledge and understanding of HR Systems + Skilled in use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio **Working at CBRE** When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mind-set is encouraged.
