This role will be the main point of contact for all communications for Lines of Business and inquires referring to Lifecycle and will partner with the business to ensure that PSC function provides world class service. **What You’ll Do** + Ensure that the Lifecycle function delivers a quality and timely service, defined by consistency of response and resolution, quality and streamlined People Processes + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, through regular and open communications, including attendance at key meetings to represent the People PSC agenda. + Leadership and supervision: Provide direction, support and mentorship to team members. Ensure that team members are motivated and working efficiently. + Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Conduct regular performance reviews. + Act as a change agent to drive innovation and process improvements within the People Service Centre. + Act as the point of contact for escalations ensuring service levels are met and/or exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in a positive direction. + Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders. Interact closely with senior PBPs and People Directors in the People function, to ensure that the functional scope, service scope, service levels and overall contribution of the PSC are meeting or exceeding expectations and agreed goals. + Review, update and implement organizational procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations. + Drive engagement and develop an agile and service focused team. + Manage resources and process flows to ensure People enquiry tickets, PSC calls and People related systems transactions and business processes are resolved or reassigned to appropriate expert resources based on priority level and defined service level agreements. + Support with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance of all processes. + Monitor and resolve non-compliance and critical issues to resolution, escalating and following as appropriate. + Ensure a robust quality assurance framework is in place to monitor and audit employee data entry. + Update People PSC processes and procedures in line with any Employment Legislation changes and manage the team readiness to adopt new processes. + Lead and participate in People Projects as requested, providing subject matter expertise. + Oversee critical activities, including the annual appraisal process, salary review, bonus and promotions, to ensure a high-quality delivery and turnaround from PSC. + Deputise for Head of EMEA People Service Centre. **What You’ll Need** + Experience and hands-on experience in Human Resources, People Operations and/or Program Management or Shared Services. Having led previously teams + Educated to a degree level or CIPD qualified, or relevant experience. + Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. + Demonstrable project management skills, including the ability to build effective internal and external relationships. + Experience in HRIS, including PeopleSoft or similar HR Systems and a People Case Management tool, i.e. ServiceNow. + Strong problem solving and analytical skills and demonstrated experience in maintaining data integrity. + Ability to focus on detail/accuracy, demonstrate initiative & strong customer service to the business. + Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships. + Excellent communication skills. + Presentation skills. **Company benefits and perks:** + Stable employment conditions Work based on employment contract in the international company with stable position on the labour market + Career advancement program A chance to learn from the best by attending internal courses and taking part in international programs to experience how we work in different places in the world.
