The Team and Role:

As an HR Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions—from supporting Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling to managing employee data in Workday and delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with an experienced HR team, learning best practices, employment legislation, and process optimization, all while developing the professional skills needed to thrive in a modern workplace.

Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling.Service delivery for all employee life cycle processes across the business.Partnering with the extended HR team to deliver high quality, accurate & efficient support.Maintaining employee data in the HR system (Workday).Compliant execution & delivery of HR services within defined service level agreements.Updating procedures, guidelines & documentation in line with current legislation & best practice.Contributing to the maintenance & development of new & existing HR processes.Always maintaining the strictest levels of confidentiality & discretion.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

Educated to University Degree level in HR Management or other relatedfield.Strong  interest  in the  practical  application  of  HR  processes  &  practicesand employment legislation.Working knowledge of Excel.Strong customer-service orientation.Excellent prioritization & organizational skills, along with attention to detailAbility to build relationships & interact at all levels of the organization.Strong process  &  quality  mindset  and  a  passion  for  finding  innovativesolutions.Highly adaptable, demonstrated  ability  to  multi-task  &  proven  ability  to work to tight timelines
