As the People Services Senior Generalist is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and executing People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for employees. This role supports employee lifecycle management within the legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, maintaining adequate control and minimizing associated risks.
Main responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:Support onboarding, job changes, and offboarding processesAssist in contract creation, employee data updates, and termination activitiesCoordinate asset collection during offboardingSupport international permanent transfers and local foreign hire processesData Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and related systemsSupport data quality monitoring, analysis, and auditingPrepare periodic and ad-hoc reportsEnsure compliance with data security protocols and GDPRQuery Handling and Customer Service:Provide Level 1 support through One Support platform (ServiceNow)Handle employee queries related to People Services topicsMaintain knowledge databases and support knowledge transfer activitiesCompliance and Documentation:Ensure adherence to Sanofi policies, guidelines, and mandatory internal controlsMaintain personnel files (digital and physical) and conduct monthly auditsSupport document management related to the employee lifecycleAssist in providing documentation for audits and external entitiesProcess Improvement:Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation effortsAssist in updating country manuals, work instructions, and SOPsSupport process automation initiatives and adoptionHelp identify and drive opportunities for efficiency or automationStakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with internal stakeholders (P&C, Legal, COEs, Facilities, etc.)Coordinate with external partners (Payroll and T&E BPO partners)Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)About you
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in HR or related fieldFluency in English required; local language skills (put language/s here) requiredExperience in a multicultural environment is a plusSolid understanding of HR processes and activitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelKnowledge of HR systems like Workday is advantageousStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientationLeadership abilities and teamwork skillsAdaptability and willingness to learnDetail-oriented with ability to meet deadlinesAwareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR)Why choose us?
