As People Services ELC Senior Specialist, SG and MDM & Reporting, PH, you’ll Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBO in Singapore country as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Coordinate and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi within the perimeter of Singapore and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level Agreements, participate in continuous improvement, and support in Queries and MDM tasks.
Main responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle (ELC)
Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for SBO in Singapore country as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Manage the hiring process from contract creation to onboardingCoordinate the administration of national or international transfers for onboardingCoordinate and administer termination and offboarding activitiesEnsure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systemManage all documents related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely mannerDeliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPRProvide Level 2 support for this sub-processParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesOperations
Coordinate and manage employee life cycle activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi within the perimeter of Singapore and deliver the services as per their respective Service Level AgreementsCreate employee contracts, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experienceManage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems, coordinate with external parties for immigration, relocation, training as requiredAdminister termination activities , coordinate collection of assetsMonitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measuresPrepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reportsExecute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIsDevelop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scopeBuild, document and transfer Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to employee lifecycle managementAnalyze and resolve most common inquiries using step-by-step instructions providedDeliver high quality standard service to customersContinually seek out ways to improve client satisfactionSupport the process team with writing the knowledge articles based on the content provided in English, Local language, and other languagesProvide Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge DatabaseContinuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activitiesParticipate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transitionQueries Handling
Manage all C2R queries from employees using the procedures provided and articles in the knowledge baseWork in the case management tool to report each case and progress on the resolutionProvide the customer service to the employees mostly on C2R queries verbally and in writingDemonstrate knowledge of C2R processes and procedures providedMDM & Reporting
Support in reporting related matter through Service Now requestSupport in Organization matter in WorkdayAbout you
Graduate or Master’s degree with HR or Business Administration (essential).Hands on experience in a HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment (advantageous).Fluent in English (essential), proficiency in other language (advantageous)Broad understanding of HR process and activities (essential)Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc) (advantageous)Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday, ServiceNow (advantageous)Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel (advantageous)Proficiency in English2+ years of relevant experienceWhy choose us?
