**Job Description**
**Position Summary:**
Adecco is Now Hiring a Timeclock Governance & Process Lead Located in Charlotte NC. **This Position will be a Hybrid Contract Role** . As a Timeclock Governance & Process Lead you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the governance model and operational processes for timeclock systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, payroll accuracy, and scalable support for a growing workforce. The position will sit within the People Services & Solutions (PS&S) organization and serve as the primary point of accountability for timeclock data management and system performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Governance Model Development**
+ Define and implement a governance framework for timeclock data and device management.
+ Establish clear ownership, accountability, and access controls.
+ Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in timeclock operations.
**Process Creation & Documentation**
+ Design and document end-to-end workflows for:
+ Data validation and exception handling.
+ Reporting and analytics.
+ Device configuration and lifecycle management.
+ Ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across all locations.
**Operational Continuity**
+ Monitor timeclock device status (online/offline).
+ Prevent data sync issues and ensure accurate payroll processing.
+ Lead root cause analysis and resolution of timeclock-related incidents.
**Data Management & Reporting**
+ Validate data pulled from Workday, including badge numbers and employee records.
+ Generate and export reports on:
+ Employee sync status.
+ Device health and configuration.
+ Time data accuracy and Workday sync status.
**Advanced Administration**
+ Manage manual syncs and employee removals from timeclocks.
+ Update attestation questions, button labels, and device metadata.
+ Maintain audit logs and refresh employee data as needed.
+ Add/remove CirrusDCS Admins and manage admin access levels.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in HR operations, workforce systems, or time & attendance platforms.
+ Strong understanding of Workday and middleware platforms like CirrusDCS.
+ Proven experience in process design, governance modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
+ HS Diploma or GED Required. **Bachelors Degree highly preferred**
**Pay Details:** $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
