As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function in the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers. Critical to the maintenance of internal records, the People Services Advisor supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely manner.Job Description
About the Role:
Manage and resolve HR cases, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and handling Tier 2 escalations.Oversee employee life-cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining documentation and compliance with internal and statutory requirements.Support HR operations and Talent Acquisition coordination, including training HR advisors and contributing to process improvements.Generate and analyze HR reports, providing accurate data and insights to management as needed.Lead or contribute to complex HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and governance standards.About You:
Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in HR Services or a similar role; knowledge of HR and labor law is a plus.Fluency in English (oral and written); proficiency in another European language is an advantage.Proficient in HR systems like ServiceNow and Workday, Microsoft Office; strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
