People Services Advisor

We are currently hiring a People Services Advisor for a 24-month fixed-term contract, based in our Glasgow office.

What you’ll do:

Manage transactional HR processes across Germany, the Benelux region, and the Nordics.

Proactively coach managers and colleagues to independently use Workday, embrace processes and best practices, and apply policies and guidance materials.

Contribute towards project work, for example the EU Pay Transparency Act.

Take ownership of timely and accurate delivery of all people administration activities.

Ensure compliance with local HR legal requirements and regulations.

Escalate complex cases to relevant specialists and People Services Manager when necessary.

Support people system data management, including onboarding, offboarding, bulk uploads, system updates, position management, and maintaining data quality.

Guarantee all payroll data is submitted accurately and on time according to payroll cut-off deadlines.

Generate reports, statistics, and data insights to support people team processes and events.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and teams across Northern Europe.

Proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is highly desirable.

Good service orientation with the ability to build relationships.

Demonstrated experience in dealing with transactional elements of HR, including the full employee lifecycle.

Well-organised and efficient; able to manage own workload.

Strength in managing and utilising data.
