Job Description Summary

This individual will own the entirety of the leave lifecycle for multiple populations, acting as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries.  This position will coordinate with various business sectors.

They will also be responsible to assist the broader HR Shared Services team as needed to coordinate and maintain the full employee life cycle within the standard company processes and various platforms.

About the Role:

Serve as Leave of Absence (LOA) advisor for a large, complex U.S. employee base, managing leave lifecycle tasks and ensuring compliance with ADAA, FMLA, USERRA, Workers’ Compensation, and other federal/state regulations.Administer LOA processes and payroll audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party administrators while providing guidance via HRIS systems like Workday.Deliver Tier 1 Shared Services support through high-level customer service, documentation, reporting, training, and communication across multiple platforms in alignment with company policy and SLA standards.

About You:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Workday; adept at navigating HRIS tools and maintaining data accuracy.Holds an Associate Degree or higher, with 2+ years of LOA experience and proven discretion handling sensitive employment information.Thrives in fast-paced environments and delivers exceptional customer service with professionalism and urgency.
