In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven People Satisfaction, Engagement & Experience, Senior Expert to join our Employee Experience team in Athens. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible. 

You will be at the forefront of shaping an engaging workplace. Your role is pivotal in designing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction throughout the entire employee journey.

Develop pioneering initiatives that elevate employee engagement and transform critical moments throughout the employee journey. Adopt a strategic approach gathering valuable insights that improve future experiences and cultivate a united culture. 

Act as an HR Advisor of the organization in their readiness to embrace change as part of their plans. You will apply your expertise and energy to maximising peoples experience through understanding what matters to them. 

Engage an in-depth exploration of multifaceted data sets and conduct comprehensive focus group discussions to extract meaningful insights. This process involves identifying underlying patterns and emerging trends, as well as uncovering potential areas for improvement. By synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, the goal is to inform strategic decisions that enhance overall organizational effectiveness. 

Collaborate intensively with internal stakeholders to ensure that employee experience strategy is seamlessly aligned with the company's objectives. Cultivate a synergistic environment that not only encourages open dialogue and innovative thinking but also drives collective success.

We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:   

 Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant consulting working experience or in the industry field, where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge of how organisations embrace change. Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology will be highly appreciated 

Previous experience in mapping, identifying and redesigning People’s Journey or Customer’s Journey will be also appreciated 

An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an asset 

Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English 

Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills 

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables  

A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams
