People Partner V, Ads and Product Operations
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies. + Experience working as a management consultant with external clients. + Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design. + Experience in data analysis. Preferred qualifications: + Understanding of current and future HR and Talent processes to drive continuous improvement in policies and practices. + Ability to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership with new ideas and strategies. + Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across audiences, situations and contexts. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
