About the Role

This is a People Partner position, working closely with the People & Inclusion team to provide generalist HR support across the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver HR solutionsAdvising the business on Employee Relations matters and identifying / mitigating risks to the businessSupporting on L&D and DEI initiativesSupporting teams with recruitment as and when requiredBuild relationships across the businessAd-hoc HR support as and when required.

Candidate Specification:

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualifiedGeneralist or HR Business Partner level experience requiredExcellent communication skillsPrior experience of Employee RelationsConfident in UK employment lawExperience of Hay Job Evaluation or similar (preferable)Excellent commercial awareness and proven record of influencing leadership.

Additional Information:

Salary up to £51K depending on experienceFlexible working hours - 9am - 5pm OR 8am - 4pmHybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days from homeCentral London office location.
