Job Description

We are looking for a People Partner who’s passionate about making a real impact — someone who thrives at the intersection of people and business, and who is ready to help our digital talents and leaders grow, lead, and succeed.

As a People Partner, you’ll join a close-knit, respected team known for its strategic contribution both locally and cross-country. What you will do:

Partner with local and global teams to support and empower our digital talents and leadersCo-design people strategies and initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and growthLead key HR processes like Annual Salary Review, workforce planning, and market benchmarkingCreate HR reports and insights that inform decisions and align with global standardsSupport career development, talent reviews, and our growth frameworkFacilitate learning experiences, feedback initiatives, and team workshopsAdvise leaders on people topics including recruitment, onboarding, internal moves, and structural designNavigate sensitive situations and employee relations cases with empathy and careEnsure HR practices are legally compliant and thoughtfully designed with the employee experience in mind

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit

You're not just ticking boxes — you bring the mindset, heart, and skills to make an impact.

Ideally, you have:

A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or something similar that gave you a good foundation and passion for people2–3 years of experience in a People Partner or HR Generalist role, ideally in a international environmentA good grasp of performance, development, and comp & ben topics — and you know how to make them real, not just theoreticalConfidence in working with HR systems and data (bonus points if you've used SAP SuccessFactors)Great communication skills and the ability to connect easily with both associates and leadersSolid knowledge of local labor laws — and the common sense to apply them wiselyFluency in English (and if you speak more languages, even better!)A proactive, people-first mindset — collaborative  but not afraid to challenge the status quoExperience in tech or agile environments is a plus — but not a must
