Role Overview

Learning & Development: Build and implement a strategy aligned with business needs and local market dynamics. Talent Management: Identify and engage top talent while developing a succession pipeline for key positions. Workforce Planning: Lead the Strategic Workforce Planning process, including Talent Reviews and Succession Planning. Performance Management: Execute the performance management cycle and deliver leadership upskilling programs. Employee Engagement: Monitor climate survey results and lead action planning for improvement. Inclusion & Diversity: Champion I&D and wellbeing initiatives across the cluster. Employer Branding: Develop and deliver the Employer Branding strategy to attract high potentials.

Education & Experience

Degree: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field. Experience: 5–8 years in HR, OD, or Talent roles, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
