You'll make a difference by:
Support People Operations: Provide administrative support to the People & Organization (P&O) team, helping daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.Assist in HR Initiatives: Contribute to various human resources projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, internal communications, or learning and development activities.Maintain and Enhance HR Systems: Help manage, update and identify opportunities of improvement for Siemens Thailand’s internal HR systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for the team.Build Employee Experience: Get involved in organizing and supporting events and ad-hoc projects, such as engaging employee networking sessions and other creative endeavours that keep our workplace vibrant and interconnected.You'll win us over by:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or equivalent is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.Being a proactive self-starter, quick learner, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Recruitment Process:
