Overview We are seeking a dynamic EMEA HR PMO to lead and support strategic projects across Global HR Operations, with a focus on service enablement, payroll transitions, and process improvement. This role is part of the Strategy and Transformation EMEA People Operations Service Enablement team, which drives transformation through project governance, change management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a holistic mindset—able to connect strategic goals with operational execution and shift seamlessly between big-picture planning and detailed delivery. Responsibilities Support, manage and lead HR/ Payroll projects from planning through execution; Follow project governance, timelines, and performance tracking; Develop and execute a stakeholder plan to ensure clear, effective engagement across all stakeholder types; Design and implement change management and communication strategies; Analyze and improve processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation; Coordinate transitions for new services, systems, or operating models with documentation and training; Facilitate workshops and decision-making forums; Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; Support continuous improvement and capability building across HR. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in project environments, with active involvement in leadership or support roles; Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, LSS, SCRUM or other); Able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity; Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement; Comfortable working across cultures, with the flexibility to switch between countries and manage multiple markets simultaneously; Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; Ability to move fluidly between strategic and operational levels; Fluent in English; Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience is a plus; Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ServiceNow) and technologies (e.g., RPA, AI) is a plus; Familiarity with HR or Payroll laws and regulations is a plus.
