Job Summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), is a global leader in the design and development of taste and scent experiences enjoyed in thousands of products sold around the world. Our Americas HR Service Center in Mexico City is currently hiring a Regional Manager who will oversee full life cycle HR support to over 6,000 employees across North and South America.
This is a great opportunity to lead a growing and evolving function with the HR organization at IFF.

We’re seeking a dynamic HR Shared Services Leader to lead our Americas team of multi-lingual HR Analysts. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our regional service center, ensuring high-quality support across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.

You’ll be a key partner to HR and business leaders, driving service delivery, process improvement, and team development in alignment with our global HR transformation goals.



Job Description

Oversee the daily operations for the Americas centerEnsure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service to customersPartner with regional HR stakeholders, staying connected to upcoming events, sharing SSC performance data and responding to operational concernsPartnering with the GPO organization on the transition of activity to Shared Services ensuring proper resourcing, training, documentation and post transition support are in placeConfirm teams are administering quality checks and audits to verify data accuracyServe as a primary point of contact for escalations from HR Partners, COEs and other key customersInterview, hire and support the training of new associatesFairly and accurately assess performance and provide the necessary feedback and Ccach associates relative to career developmentEscalate service center concerns to Human Resources and Business Leadership in a timely, fact based wayLead by example and help the team maintain its fantastic culture of collaboration, positivity and customer orientationWhile the team is currently remote, expectation will be at least 60% on site following build out of new office

What You Bring to IFF  

Excellent English language skills, both verbal and writtenBachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline requiredAt least 4 years prior experience leading an HR Shared Service function at the regional levelIn addition to Contact center experience, prior experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity is strongly desiredTrack record of driving process improvements within a highly complex environmentExcellent interpersonal communication skillsProven leadership competencies and ability to positively impact team moraleKnowledge of Human Resources operations and policiesAbility to make sound decisions in accordance with best practice and corporate policyWhy Join Us?
