As a People Operations Intern, you will assist the People Operations team with key projects focused, training, labor relations, and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop skills in, employee relations and human resource management. In this role, you will be on-site at the Greensboro Plant during your internship.

What you will do

\n

Project Support:

\n\nConduct research and analyze data to contribute to project reports.\nAssist in creating project documentation and presentations, including Standard Work Instructions.\nSupport the development of training materials and programs, particularly for front-line leadership development.\n\n

HR Functions:

\n\nContribute to the improvement of HR systems and processes.\nSupport the HR team in daily administrative tasks.\nEnsure compliance with employment-related regulations, and established policies and procedures.\n\n

Learning and Development:

\n\nReceive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.\nAttend meetings to gain a broader understanding of HR functions.\nOther duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.\n

Who You Are

\n\nMUST BE Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in business management or human resource management (or equivalent). \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information.\nA positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team onsite at the Greenboro location. \n\n

The base compensation range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. Your actual hourly rate will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
