We are looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our dynamic and multicultural EMEA People Operations team, which supports over 700 employees across more than 30 countries. This role sits at the heart of our operations, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support across all core HR processes. Our team is dedicated to ensuring smooth execution of administrative tasks, payroll coordination, compliance with local labor laws, and benefits management. Job Description
Employee Journey: Support employees and managers in any phase of Employee Journey, ensuring smooth transitions and positive experiences.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance on POP policies, procedures, and benefits. Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain and update POP policies and procedures. Educate employees on POP policies and procedures.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, payroll information and POP databases. Process POP-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, terminations, and promotions.
POP Processes: Contribute to POP projects and initiatives in participant role. Execute POP processes in business area.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with employees and management within business area, providing POP support that contribute to their success. Collaborate with POP colleagues and Payroll to ensure alignment.
Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay informed on industry trends, research, and best practices in POP area. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance POP processes and approaches.
Mentor: Mentor and support more junior team members.
