Description This position will be responsible for collecting relevant employment law regulations in different geographies and supporting HRBP on daily talent-related work. Key job responsibilities • Research and summarize social insurance policies and practices across major Chinese cities through multiple channels • Analyze labor law regulations regarding different employment models in key metropolitan areas • Support the coordination and execution of training programs, including material preparation, logistics arrangement, participant communication, and program progress tracking • Assist with day-to-day HR operations including employee data maintenance, policy checking, and handling routine HR inquiries Basic Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail, proficient in different tools for information searching • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Must be available for a minimum 3-month internship commitment, with a 2-3 days per week commitment Basic Qualifications - • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields - • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail, proficient in different tools for information searching - • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - • Must be available for a minimum 3-month internship commitment, with a 2-3 days per week commitment Preferred Qualifications - • Experience in using various tools/resources to complete research work - • Proven ability to learn new tools to complete given tasks Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
