We are seeking a People Experience Partner (PXP) Lead. This role requires a talented and experienced HR professional with a proven track record of pivoting between driving strategic talent initiatives and tactical day-to-day escalations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage PXP team members in a designated region to deliver exceptional employee experience.Strategically drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery and employee experience.Partner with Senior Operations Team and Site Leaders to develop and drive plans that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.Partner with managers to effectively address performance gapsCollaborate across functions and service lines to deliver a consistent & positive One JLL experience for team members.Operate as an objective and trusted advisor; provide appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually.Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee matters and be the conduit to the business to reduce risk.Navigate ambiguity to drive resultsLead and coordinate talent management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning, across the business and within respective HR teams.Drive a culture of inclusion and belonging where every voice is heard.Partner with HR COE’s to create and deliver best-in-class HR resources, processes and experiences.Identify critical roles; assess bench strength; develop meaningful succession plans – within the HR team and the business.

Office & Travel Requirements

Role is hybrid with regular presence at local client locationsTravel to client sites in designated region one week per month (or equivalent) to visit all shifts and sites in cluster areas.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

95,000.00 – 132,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
