Hybrid schedule: We're looking for a PXP who can be in the office two days a week or travel to the client site as needed.JOB SUMMARY:The People Experience Partner will bridge the gap between employees and HR by providing local insight and executional support to drive forward HR and business priorities. Serving in an HR Business Partner capacity, this role will provide localized HR services to business leaders, coaching managers and employees through moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. They’ll collaborate across HR teams and the business to understand the local needs of employees and execute HR tasks with speed and agility. Compliance and quality are at the forefront of this role. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Act as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategyProactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutionsEnable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belongingLead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business resultsManage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations teamProvide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory supportSupport assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experienceCultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or a related discipline) Must have minimum of 5+ years of HR experienceExperience working with Union employee population highly preferredSkilled team player who is able to communicate their thoughts clearly and effectivelyAn appetite for exceeding expectations and creating wow within the businessExperience of delivering HR and Operational activity within a complex organizationExperience supporting both Mid-level managers and a dispersed hourly population is desiredEvidence of business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers at all levels.Excellent management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguity – Can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholdersCreative problem solver in a sometimes resource-constrained environmentCERTIFICATIONSSHRM certification preferred

Estimated total compensation for this position:

91,600.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
