This client seeks a full-time contractor **People Experience Business Partner** . This is a fully remote role. The People Experience Business Partner aligns business goals with employee and leadership needs across designated units. Serving as a strategic advisor, this role supports leaders on people-related matters, champions employee experience, and drives organizational change. It proactively identifies workforce needs and collaborates with HR and business teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.
