Our global SaaS Education client has a great foot in the door contract opportunity! This client seeks a full-time contractor **People Experience Business Partner** . This is a fully remote role.
The People Experience Business Partner aligns business goals with employee and leadership needs across designated units. Serving as a strategic advisor, this role supports leaders on people-related matters, champions employee experience, and drives organizational change. It proactively identifies workforce needs and collaborates with HR and business teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions. The role may include international responsibilities and requires strong business insight, including understanding financials, strategic plans, culture, and competitive landscape.
**Contract Duration:** 5-Months
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
+ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
+ Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving people strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
+ Experience working in global or multicultural environments is a plus.
+ Knowledge & Skills
+ Deep understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
+ Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
+ Proficiency in using HRIS systems and people analytics tools to inform decisions.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple regions (if applicable).
+ Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
+ Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
+ Ability to build trust and strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives in fast-paced environments.

+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated solutions.
+ Support global HR initiatives and ensure alignment across regions, where applicable.

+ Maintain a deep understanding of the business unit’s strategy, financials, and competitive landscape.
