People Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Job Purpose

To lead the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies, operational P&C processes, and staff care initiatives to foster a productive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture in line with Wahana Visi Indonesia's vision and mission.  

Strategy Development & Planning 

Develop and promote a strong organizational culture aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and core values. 

Develop and implement P&C administrative processes through digitalization. 

Develop and implement staff care and employee well-being programs.

Resource Acquisition & Management  

Manage the people engagement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. 

Capacity Building 

Equip team to be able to equip leaders across designated Department/Zonal on people and culture aspects as well as people management practices.

Accountability & Quality Assurance 

Ensure compliance with P&C policies and legal regulations. 

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people engagement initiatives. 

Manage organizational change effectively. 

Policy & Process Review & Development 

Legal consultation 

Management & Leadership 

Submits periodical/monthly accomplishment report  

Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department   

Provide line management for program quality and accountability team, including performance management, coaching and capacity building. 

Provide Christian leadership and support to enrich the organization’s life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.  

Manage risk and facilitate the removal of constraints that inhibit team innovation and are a barrier to team performance and results.  

Manage all risks related to  business process according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks. 

The Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related discipline. Relevant competency certifications can serve as a substitute for required bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as HR/P&C manager especially in Total Rewards, P&C administrative and end to end P&C aspects and processed.Proven experience in developing and implementing people engagement aspect strategies.Strong understanding of employment laws and policies.Experience with P&C systems for data management & legal documentationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
