People Enablement & Engagement Lead

**Splunk Poland has grown rapidly to 550+ employees, including 50+ managers.**
Now, the center is at a pivotal point with high-impact initiatives coming to the center such as Federated Analytics, AI, Licensing and more.
As we aim to cultivate an ownership-driven culture , we are proposing the creation of an Employee Enablement and Engagement Lead role for the center, responsible for aligning and uplifting the management community in Poland. This role will help managers lead with vision, autonomy and connection to our broader mission.
**Key Objectives**
+ Enable and support leadership development to improve the efficiency and impact of leaders across the site.
+ Drive cultural initiatives and improve employee engagement through data-driven insights and action planning.
+ Partner with site leadership to address challenges, improve workflows, and optimize team performance.
+ Strengthen the alignment between the site’s operational goals and HR initiatives to foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Leader Enablement & Development:**
+ Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to design and deliver development programs within the framework of Cisco principles and programs.
+ Help managers on leadership effectiveness, communication, and team dynamics.
+ Develop and facilitate training initiatives to support leadership growth and improve team performance.
+ Foster leadership practices that drive engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
**Cultural Development & Employee Engagement:**
+ Lead and implement strategies to build and sustain a positive office culture aligned with things we value.
+ Analyze employee engagement survey results to identify areas for improvement,
+ Develop and drive actionable plans based on engagement survey feedback, working closely with leadership and HR to address identified concerns.
+ Organize and facilitate cultural events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
+ Act as an ambassador for the company’s core values, ensuring they are reflected in day-to-day operations.
**Strategic Site Partnership:**
+ Work closely with the site lead to identify and address operational challenges impacting team effectiveness and morale.
+ Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving site-level functions, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
+ Support the site lead in planning and implementing initiatives that improve workflow efficiency and communication across teams.
+ Act as a liaison between Strategy & Operations and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with site operations.
**Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting:**
+ Track and report on key metrics related to employee engagement, leadership development, and site performance.
+ Use data to assess the effectiveness of cultural and leadership initiatives and refine strategies as needed.
+ Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against engagement goals, cultural initiatives, and site improvement activities.
**Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership:**
+ Stay up-to-date on the best processes in leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
+ Provide thought leadership on improving employee experience and optimizing organizational effectiveness.
+ Continuously assess the effectiveness of current programs and initiatives, recommending adjustments and improvements as necessary.
**Who We Are Looking for**
**Experience:**
+ Proven experience in a strategic HR, organizational development, or operations role, with a strong focus on leadership enablement and cultural changes.
+ Demonstrated success in driving engagement and cultural change within an organization.
+ Experience working with both leadership teams and HR to implement people-centric programs.
+ Familiarity with engagement survey tools and data analysis, with a proven ability to translate survey results into actionable strategies.
**Skills & Competencies:**
+ Strong understanding of leadership principles and development frameworks.
+ Ability to analyze data to providing insights and strategic recommendations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
+ Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
