Your Role:

The position serves as a knowledge partner for learning and development topics through the implementation of globally defined corporate programs and processes, as well as developing local solutions on demand. The position works in close conjunction with business  takeholders to steer talent management topics with a focus supporting people managers with company’s portfolio of learning and development tools and methodologies to help them develop their teams. The position serves as the point of contact for all talent development-related activities in the market and takes support from Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) delivery organization for the execution of all operational, logistics, and routine matters. Will support 7000+ employees globally and will be responsible for India, ANZ & SEA.

 

Who You Are :

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in integrated Talent Development functions with hands-on learning management and development experience. Experience working with external service providers. Exposure to working in a matrixed and global environment with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with different functions within HR and with other functions within the company.Strong learning orientation, results-driven mindset, and approach to execution. May need to occasionally need to travel or adjust working schedule depending on business need.
