**Key responsibilities** **重要职责**
1. Based on the company’s strategic goals and future-oriented business development needs, diagnose capability gaps and design organizational capability-building plans, including but not limited to developing and enhancing capabilities in neuro specialty and rare diseases, marketing, and key account management to support the realization of the company’s strategic objectives.基于公司战略目标和面向未来的业务发展需求,诊断能力缺口并设计组织能力建设规划,包括但不限于神经专科和神经罕见病、市场营销和关键客户管理等相关能力的建设和提升等,以支持公司战略目标的实现。
2. Based on business pain points, design and deliver tailored training solutions to enhance professional knowledge in neurology and rare diseases, marketing strategies, and key account management capabilities.基于业务痛点,设计并提供定制化的培训解决方案,提升神经专科和罕见病相关的专业知识、营销策略和关键客户管理能力。
3. Optimize the company’s recognition system to ensure the implementation and execution of a high-performance culture.优化公司激励体系,确保高绩效文化的落地和执行。
**Main job tasks 主要工作任务**
1. Based on business development needs, diagnose capability gaps of commercial team, design and execute professional skills training programs focused on rare disease knowledge, marketing techniques, and key account management, to ensure organizational capabilities effectively support the company’s strategic goals.基于公司战略和面向未来的业务发展需求,诊断业务团队能力缺口,设计并执行专注于神经专科和罕见病相关的知识、营销技巧和关键客户管理的专业技能培训项目,以确保组织能力能够有效支撑公司战略目标的实现。
2. Act as a facilitator or coach to deliver training solutions that meet the specific needs of rare disease, marketing, and key account management teams, driving tangible behavioral changes to achieve business objectives.以引导者或教练身份,交付满足罕见病、市场营销和关键客户管理团队特定需求的培训解决方案,并带来真正的行为改变以实现业务目标。
3. Collaborate closely with business teams to align on the timeliness, effectiveness, and progress of capability enhancement projects and learning programs, ensuring their implementation, follow-up, and full execution.与业务部门密切沟通合作,共识能力提升项目和学习方案的及时性、有效性和推进进度,并确保项目的实施、跟进和充分的落地执行。
4. Continuously evaluate training progress and goal achievement, adjusting project design, content, and format based on feedback to maximize business value.持续评估培训进度和目标实现的状态,并根据反馈及时调整项目设计、内容、形式等,以确保为业务带来最大化的价值实现。
5. Collaborate with global talent development teams to leverage global learning resources and localize content to effectively support employee development and organizational capability building.与全球人才发展团队合作,以充分利用全球学习资源,并本土化相应内容,以高效的支持员工发展和组织能力建设。
6. Optimize the recognition system to recognize and retain high performers, fostering high engagement and a high-performance culture.优化激励体系,表彰和保留高绩效人才,促进高敬业度和高绩效文化。
7. Collaborate with external partners (e.g., rare disease experts or marketing consultants) to ensure training content aligns with industry trends, business development needs, and Lundbeck’s brand positioning.与外部伙伴(如罕见病专家或营销顾问)合作,确保培训内容符合行业趋势、业务发展需求和灵北品牌定位。
8. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. 完成上级指派或要求的其他相关工作。
**Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验**
1. Deep understanding of business models, trends, and capability development needs in the pharmaceutical industry.深入了解医药行业中的生意模式、发展趋势和业务能力发展需求。
2. Strong expertise and practical experience in needs diagnosis, training content design, and course delivery.有强的需求诊断、培训内容设计和课程交付等专业技能知识和丰富实践。
3. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, results-oriented, with a degree of influence.较强的沟通、协调和组织能力,结果导向,并具备一定的影响力。
4. Experience in neurology and rare disease-related fields or frontline work/training experience in marketing and key account management is preferred.有神经专科和罕见病相关领域经验,或市场营销和关键客户管理一线工作经验或培训经验,优先。
**Education 教育背景**
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

**Experience 经验**
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent development, training, marketing, or key account management.至少8年人才发展、培训、市场或大客户管理工作经验。
2. At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in professional skills training for rare diseases, marketing, or key account management.至少3年在医药行业设计和交付培训项目的经验,具备罕见病、市场营销或关键客户管理专业技能培训的专业知识。
3. Experience in rare disease training or marketing/key account management training is highly preferred. 具备罕见病培训或市场营销/关键客户管理培训经验者优先。

1. Technical Skills: Expertise in training design and delivery (TD), organizational development (OD), learning development (LD), HR systems/processes, and data analytical skills. Proficient in written and oral English.专业技能:培训设计与交付(TD)、组织发展(OD)、学习发展(LD)、人力资源管理流程和数据分析技能,熟练的英文写作和口语。
