People Data Services Senior Specialist

In this role You will: Understand the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant Businesses, as well as the internal processes.Provide first line support to customers as and when required and respond to inbound queriesPerform transactions and manage associated tasks for employee personal and job-related data service requestsPerform the review and approve steps to ensure these are in line with policy and established thresholdsDeliver record and document image management services according to agreed performance targets and statutory legal, fiscal or regulatory obligationsEnsure that employee and organisation data integrity is maintained during people data services processing, following data management processes and proceduresIdentify, raise and apply continuous improvements to servicesWork closely with other Core People Data Services Specialists within the People and Culture Services and Solutions and the wider P&C and P&C Services community to ensure that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared and lessons learnt. This may mean discussions with P&C GEOs, in-country People Advisors, etc.Own the end to end all requests, updates, issues and concerns related to own area and pro-actively set-up own priorities and support the teamEnsure and review that the processes in relevant are performed in line with the service commitment guidelinesReflect to business needs by suggesting new ideas on process improvement – foresee some business needs and pro-actively address them.Ensure that team is informed about process changesInvestigate, liaise and resolve complex issues involving multiple systems and collaborators by conducting a full background research and develop contingency plans.Ensure alignment to process maps and standard data input formsSupport process improvements and updates, ensuring the Standard Operating Procedures are updated and maintained on the relevant siteCoordinate the resolution of business issuesProvide support for new joiners during the on the job training period, create training plansCoach and mentor team members regarding specific operational issues and processesSupport acceptance testing for HR Services technology changesUndertake other work in support of the service areaCoordinate the quality control process within the team.What You will need to be successful:A university degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years people data / management system experience preferably working with Workday systemKnowledge of CRM systemsProficient in using MS OfficeFoundational knowledge of Reporting & AnalyticsIntermediate / enhanced knowledge of WorkdayA continuous improvement approachNumeracy & analytical thinkingRisk Management
