Additionally, the team plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of service delivery and contributes to Zelis’ award-winning culture.  Position Overview Job Description As a P&C Technology Partner, you will play a vital role to support maintenance and accuracy of associate data, system configuration, operation, and optimization in various areas of Workday including HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goals. You will be a collaborative team player with a strong technical background, an attention to detail and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the team, business and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:• Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions to support accurate tracking of associate information and identification of process and system efficiencies.• Support configuration of Workday - Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, Talent, etc.• Deep understanding of architectural concepts, issues and trends in the HR solutions area covering Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll. • Create and modify existing Workday reports as needed based on business requirements to support projects and initiatives.• Hands-on experience in EIBs.• Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues.• With minimal guidance, lead short- and mid-term projects that require the application of independent judgment. Apply skills in requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configurations, testing and deployment. • Support semi-annual Workday releases in regression testing and review of changes that will impact current business processes. Evaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to better automate processes.• Provide production support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.• Ensure that defined application and change controls are maintained and followed.• Liaise with cross functional teams and end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in Workday tenant and supporting applications.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience• Minimum of 5+ years Workday experience required with demonstrated ability implementing and optimizing functionality across multiple areas of HR• Expertise of the Workday platform (business objects, organizations, business processes, tenant setup, integrations, security, etc.)• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity• Solution oriented, proactive and collaborative approach in working with stakeholders • Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality• Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions• Strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues• Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness due to strong organization skills• Ability to build strong relationships and partner with other team members to achieve results Zelis is modernizing the healthcare financial experience across payers, providers, and healthcare consumers.
