As the People & Culture Manager, you will develop, implement, and execute people and culture strategies for all global ANGI functions aligned to the organization’s overall strategy and values. Lead a small team of P&C Generalists to provide a high level of service to leaders and individual contributors related to people practices and challenges. This role will own wider people practices, working collaboratively with other global P&C functions to ensure business needs/challenges are met seamlessly.
\nLocation: This position is onsite 5 days a week at the Janesville office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
\nSupport the facilitation of talent management processes set by both Vontier and ANGI, driving proactive identification, development, and planning of future talent to meet the organization's needs.
\nBuild organizational capability by providing individual coaching and facilitating internal learning and development programs, working closely with Vontier Talent specialists.
\nProactively identify the learning needs of the business and develop suitable programs.
\nProvide support to leadership in organizational design and change management discussions, driving a culture of transparency and collaboration while proactively identifying and mitigating people risks.
\nOwn individual business partnership with the ANGI senior leadership team and serve as an escalation point/triage for any complex or strategic HR issues that surface.
\nUnderstand business drivers and strategies to tailor the delivery and support provided.
\nSupport and facilitate organizational communication strategies and needs.
\nLead and champion Inclusion & Culture initiatives, driving advocacy and allyship in an integrated way.
\nEnsure alignment and connections between the ANGI group and the wider P&C organization to drive global and consistent people practices, including policy control and management.\nManage and oversee recruitment activities, driving delivery by working closely with internal talent acquisition stakeholders and preferred agencies as required. \nAs required, support transactional activities/nuances without clear ownership to ensure seamless organizational support. \nDevelop specific short-term and long-range plans and programs, together with the wider People & Culture team to provide a seamless and integrated people support model. \nSet the tone and expectation for the wider People & Culture team, driving a culture of accountability, delivery, and agility. \nWork with leadership within your client group to clearly understand and manage headcount budgets/costs to ensure the organizational financial goals are met or exceeded.

The successful candidate will have:
\n\nA relevant bachelor’s degree.\n5+ years experience in human resources business partner / generalist roles with progressive increases in scope and responsibility.
\nStrong employment relations experience, handling both routine and complex cases.\nDemonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically. \nAbility to work within a fast-paced, change embracing corporate culture.\nStrong learning agility, with the ability to learn new skills and potentially complex subject\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform business decisions.\nLeadership experience, with a proven track record of enhancing workplace culture & performance. \nStrategic thinker with good communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels. \nSomeone who is passionate about making a difference, with a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. \nPrevious experience in leading teams preferred\n\n\n\n
