People & Culture Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.  

P&C Local Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). P&C Services Consultant cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. Services in scope are delivered onsite or remotely.

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Responsible for Operational side of HR activities 

Support payroll activities  

Administration of contractual changes 

Absences administration 

On-boarding of new hires and related administration 

Involvement in exit procedure 

Creation of HR statements, verification and employment letters  

Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees and managers in accordance with Service Level Agreements 

HR Portal pages maintenance 

Administration during restructurings 

Online submission of employment changes to the National Revenue Agency  

Participation in HR related local and global projects according to the business needs 

Participation in annual audit for HR related topics 

 

 

Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies 

Bulgarian & English language skills written and spoken fluently is essential 

Knowledge of Bulgarian employment law/ legislation  

Good knowledge of HR processes 

Payroll processing experience  

Customer oriented  

Quality driven, analytical and problem-solving skills 

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 

Flexible / adaptable  

Accuracy / high attention to detail  

Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures 

Ability to plan and organize work well  

Work well on own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and motivated 

Ability to work with confidential information   

Excellent MS Office skills 

Work experience 

2 years of work experience in similar role in HR 

Customer service experience 

Experience working in multinational company 

Desirable 

SAP HR system knowledge 

Project Management experience 

Experience in working in a virtual team 

Customer Relationship Management system usage desirable
