**Position Overview**
+ The role is based in Sao Leopoldo and involves being a People & Culture Local Services functional **specialist** with a focus on enhancing employee experiences and ensuring compliance across all HR processes.
+ The job offers the opportunity to utilize your country-specific HR expertise to deliver exceptional employee lifecycle experiences and refine operational processes
**Key Responsibilities**
+ The position emphasizes support in key processes like onboarding, contractual changes, and managing leave of absence.
+ It also involves conducting and facilitating "People & Culture Lounge" sessions, a personalized and in-person approach to provide employees support.
+ The role requires collaboration on local and global projects requiring PCLS support and has a strong operational and consultative component.
+ It includes detailed tasks around HR policy compliance, lifecycle support, managing employee files, and supporting organizational operations like restructurings and company mergers
**Additional Responsibilities**
+ The consultant will be involved in process improvement, constantly monitoring service efficiency through feedback (SLAs and KPIs), and participating in the rollout of new tools and processes.
+ There's a strong emphasis on collaboration, requiring liaison duties between local and global HR teams, and establishing partnerships with various HR and external stakeholders

+ The candidate should have robust expertise in HR tools and procedures and possess independent project management skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary to ensure clear understanding and feedback across functions.
