Provide support and clerical expertise to the People & Culture Department, responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant, or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do
Assist with planning and executing employee events such as annual parties, staff appreciation events, and service awards.Maintain and elevate the recognition program.Create and publish employee communication documents.Assist with recruitment from start to finish, including job ads, postings, interviews, and onboarding.Manage HRIS (Workday) system and complete data entry accurately. Handle benefits enrollment and share updates with hotel team members.Maintain and update bulletin boards in service areas for sharing company information.Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.Run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including auditing.Maintain confidentiality of information in the department, including conversations, personal information, and medical filesWhat you bring
1+ years of HR experience (HR Admin or Coordinator level)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.College education preferred
