Your New Role

The People & Culture Coordinator will support the Media, Technology & Operations (MT&O) People & Culture team, reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture. This role combines operational HR responsibilities with analytical and technical work, particularly in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development. It is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and detail-oriented, with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems such as Workday. This position is based in Atlanta.

This role is suited for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can think strategically about business needs while tactically executing on multiple priorities. The Coordinator will act as a liaison to the business, supporting programs and data-driven initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.

Your Role Accountabilities

Support the MT&O People & Culture team by coordinating initiatives, compiling and analyzing HR data, and assisting with the execution of team-specific projectsContribute to the implementation of P&C programs such as performance management, employee development, succession planning, compensation planning, and change managementDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel and PowerPoint to support talent strategy and business needsGenerate and interpret data from Workday and other systems to identify trends and help drive decisionsManage the onboarding and offboarding processes for full-time, temporary, and intern employees, ensuring consistency and compliancePartner with our FlexTalent team to coordinate temporary workforce supportCreate polished, executive-ready presentation decks, charts, and materials for leadership updates and internal communicationsServe as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing frontline support and escalating matters appropriatelyInterpret and apply company policies and procedures in a consistent and solutions-oriented mannerCollaborate closely with People & Culture Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, Learning & Development) to deliver seamless support to the business

Qualifications & Experience

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Operations, Business Operations or a similar roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data analysis tools)Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design compelling, data-driven presentationsExperience with HR systems such as Workday, including reporting and data entryAnalytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processesStrong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented approachFoundational knowledge of HR practices including onboarding, compensation, and employee relationsFamiliarity with U.S. employment law and compliance standards
