Role Expectations:

The People & Culture Coordinator supports key functions in the People & Culture Department like recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits enrollment, learning, and employee relations. This role serves as an ambassador of the department by being the smiling face that everyone wants to see and ensures the accurate collection and maintenance of confidential employee information. 

 

What we expect:  

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

The People & Culture Generalist will be a support role within the People & Culture department.  In this role, you will have the opportunity for development in all areas of the People and Culture department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations.   

Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 

Assist with the administration in the Human Resources Office; Filing, answering phones, greeting employees, etc. 

Assist with training courses and execution of training events 

Assist with meetings and events 

Assist with mass recruitment hiring 

Coordinate and assist with aspects of Employee Relations

Gain an understanding of employee benefits  

Work closely with the other department on projects and maintaining policies and procedures. 

 

Ideal candidate will have: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or related field. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and HRIS platforms (preferably Workday). 

Strong verbal and written communication skills; Fluent in Spanish 

Outstanding communication and organization skills and a passion for the entire people process and experience 

Strong EQ – relationship management is key for all stakeholders (internal, external, ownership and Four Seasons brand).  

Exceptional organizational skills and abilities as well as detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy. 

2-3 years previous experience in a Human Resource Generalist role 

Independent team player with the ability to multi-task. 

A hands-on person who is proactive, driven, and resourceful. 

 

Visa Requirements: 

Authorization to work in the United States is required.
