Your New Role
The People & Culture Coordinator will support the Technology and Operations People & Culture team as well as the business by assisting in the development and execution of P&C initiatives that ensure Warner bros. Discovery remains an employer of choice, providing solutions to employee-related matters, and assisting with general project management, conflict resolution, relationship management, delivering solutions for our managers and employees. As a positive self-starter with a collaborative mindset, you will be actively involved in helping to deliver an HR agenda in partnership with our HR centers of excellence and the Technology and Operations People & Culture team. Candidates for this position should be innovative, solution-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the function and thrive in a dynamic organizational culture.
Your Role Accountabilities
Support the Technology and Operations People & Culture team by providing project coordination and assisting in the implementation of corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, performance management, change management initiatives, etc.Provide support on transformational organizational design workManage various reporting related tasks including data reconciliation and position management activitiesIdentify opportunities to simplify and streamline processes within the P&C team and across project teamsHandle routine inquiries, correspondences, and departmental administration for the People & Culture teamWork with data and metrics, using Excel and WorkdayEffectively collaborate with business partnersCreate presentation decks, charts, graphs, and various materials, as neededApply and communicate company policiesDevelop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions (including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits) to provide ‘seamless’ support and guidance to the businessQualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within Human ResourcesCollaborative working styleGenuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and developThrives in a fast-paced and challenging environmentStrong in communicating with others and builds strong relationships with colleagues and employeesGood judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employeesExceptional attention to detail, strong organization, data and project management skillsHigh level of proficiency with Excel formulas, formatting, pivot tables and other analytical functionsWorking knowledge of compensation and benefits practicesExperience in working with a culturally diverse workforceKnowledge of national, state and local Employee and Labor Relations practices, laws and regulationsHow We Get Things Done…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
