You'll work closely with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams to co-design and deliver integrated strategies that boost talent attraction, drive employee retention, and build future-ready succession plans for our growing Mauritius office.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications7 years of prior similar experienceBachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar. Professional accreditation is preferredExceptional knowledge of HR Practices and employment lawStrong business acumen, dynamic and understanding of organisation dynamicsExtensive experience in a HR business partner model in a matrix or international set up, working with local managers to create positive business outcomesProficiency in using global HRIS system or other HR related softwareStrong track record of executing projects using proven project management methodologies while effectively juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsHighly computer literate with excellent mastery of Microsoft office and any other business-related tools.Strong analytical skills including financial acumenPrevious experience in implementing enterprise technology platform is desirableAbility to articulate sound business decision founded on data and trend and forecastingExcellent problem-solving skills – be solution drivenExcellent execution disciplineRelationship builderEnjoy working in a high pace environmentA proactive individual keen to make a positive differenceA good communicator who can win hearts and mindsAdditional Information#LI-MS1 #LI-Onsite
