About the role
Provide timely and accurate PC/ER/IR advice to supervisors and managersSupport the PC component of mobilisations and demobilisations and ensure PC deliverables are metSupport managers on all IR matters including: preparation for and of negotiation EAs, providing interpretation and advice on EAs, union matters and disputesSupport PC/UGL systems/ policy procedure, as well as assisting with the development of policies and procedures across UGLProvide advice to supervisors, managers and employees on a range of PC issues including remuneration, and retention initiatives and succession planning;About you
Tertiary qualifications in HR / IR or a related discipline Preferably at least 6 - 8 years of exposure in a People Culture position, with a proven HR generalist background, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in industrial relations and organizational capability.Ability to work independently, to organise and prioritise demands, to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, to set and meet deadlines and to deliver resultsSite and Corporate experience preferred, Engineering, Industrial, Infrastructure or Energy sector exposure would be highly regardedWhat we offer
