Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose :To work in partnership with leaders and key stakeholders to shape, develop and deliver P&C plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Organization. P&C BP will be operating as the departmental P&C expert to advice, guide and support leaders by providing high-level people and culture management and development support across designated Department/Zonal on every related people and culture aspects, including . Those aspects include staff selection, orientation, performance management, succession planning, employee/industrial relations, staff care, culture-spiritual nurture, and change management. Aims to enable a healthy, high performance learning culture, where people well managed, led, developed, and fully engaged, to meet the goals of each individual, team, and organisation, in line with WVI identity and purpose. Strategy Development & PlanningIdentify P&C priorities from designated Department/Zone plans, and translating business requirements into effective P&C practices and delivering people solutions aligned to annual/multi-year business objectives.Perform as a key thought partner to transform and provide management advice and assistance to leaders in designated Department/Zone, on the implication of decision to be made on every related people and culture aspects. Those aspects include staff selection, orientation, performance management, succession planning, employee/industrial relations, staff care, culture-spiritual nurture, and change management.Contribute on streamlining process and work mechanism to improve P&C BP workflow and service level especially among P&C team. Capacity BuildingDevelop oneself in term of every HRBP knowledge-skill-attitude as expected. Equip leaders across designated Department/Zone on people and culture aspects as well as people management practices.As Subject Matter Expert (SME) per assigned topic, ready as resource person to other colleagues and continue to develop oneself in that area.Accountability & Quality AssuranceAs P&C representative to advise staffing structure and P&C matters in Proposal Development for any type of funding opportunities. Collaborated with Talent Acquisition and Development Unit to conduct staff selection in designated Department/Zone.Implement and monitor staff orientation program in designated Department/Zonal, in all levels and different type of program, if necessary.Implement and monitor staff performance management in designated Department/Zonal.Implement and monitor succession-planning management in designated Department/Zonal.Implement and monitor staff care management in designated Department/Zone.Implement and monitor culture-spiritual nurture management in designated Department/Zone.Implement and monitor staff exit interview in designated Department/Zone.Responsible to manage case and industrial relation in designated Department/Zone.Handling end to end of each P&C BP queries in designated Department/Zone as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).Develop, review, and disseminate assigned procedures or guidelinesProvide monthly internal reports and recommendation to HRBP Managers as input for management decision-making tool in designated Department/Zone, and furthermore, to Organization.Networking & RelationCoordinate with other P&C Department function and other stakeholders to deliver on business requests and solve business problems.Cross-functional collaboration within Department/Zone.Coordinate and communicate with leaders in designated Department/Zonal in relation to Organization changes.Management Develop and manage annual performance agreementBuild and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.Manage all risks related to P&C matters according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risksThe Qualifications :Bachelor degree, preferably from Psychology or Human Resource management.Min. 2 years in Human Resource/Human Capital, preferably generalist or all aspect of P&C.Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations is an advantage.Min. 2 years in Human Resource/Human Capital, preferably generalist or all aspect of P&C.Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations is an advantage.Ability and willingness to travel domestically to visit project sites.Ability to travel and participate in field visits, sometimes in remote or challenging locations.
